Illinois Housing Prices Forecast

Just a brief post to a link recently published by the Illinois Association of Realtors regarding past housing sales volume and prices, as well as a couple of forecasts of the next few months.

The most intersting point I saw so far is the reduced inventory of homes over $300,000, which could translate into higher prices for that segment and shorter market times.   Time will tell.....
